PETER PHILLIPS GIN
A tribute from the last place he called home.
Created in Noosa, where Peter Phillips lived, worked and continued to create, this limited-edition gin is a collaboration with Noosa Heads Distillery, the region’s first distillery, and a celebration of a life lived boldly, creatively and entirely on his own terms.
As one of the defining pioneers of British Pop Art, Peter helped shape a movement that challenged convention and brought a new visual language to the world. That same spirit lives on in this release, unapologetic, distinctive and full of character.
Crafted in small batches using traditional London dry methods, the gin is bright, layered and expressive. Fresh lemon and dried honeydew melon bring a vibrant citrus lift, balanced by juniper, soft florals, gentle spice and a clean herbal finish. Bottled at 40% ABV, it is a refined yet characterful spirit, designed to be shared, enjoyed and remembered.
More than a gin, this is a continuation of Peter’s legacy. A percentage of every bottle sold supports the Peter Phillips Foundation, helping to celebrate creativity, champion the arts and inspire the next generation of bold thinkers and risk-takers.
Here’s to living life boldly.
